Cheree is committed to providing high quality affordable Mental Health care to the local community.

 

Standard Session Fees

  • A standard 50 minute appointment (in person, via video or phone) is $198 (with a GP referral/Mental health plan -Medicare will give you back $137.05 resulting in an out of pocket gap fee of $60.95)
  • Concession Fee is $178 (Pensioners/DSP/Health Care card holders/Full time Uni & Tafe Students - with a GP referral - out of pocket fee of $40.95)
  • A standard 50 minute home visit is $228 (with a GP referral - out of pocket gap fee of $67.65)
  • Self-managed/plan managed NDIS clients - standard 50 min session is $214.40
  • DVA clients will be bulk billed (with an appropriate GP DVA referral).
  • 90 min session fee is $250 - available upon request at 4pm and 5.30pm time slots only (with a GP referral - out of pocket gap fee of $112.95)
  • Any letters/certificates or forms requested outside/in addition to the required Medicare letters to your GP, will be charged pro-rata of my hourly fee of $198 (plus GST).

After Hours and weekend appointments

For your convenience, limited after hours and weekend appointments are available.

Home Visits

Home visits between Linden and Bullaburra are available by special request/arrangement.  If you have a valid/genuine reason for needing a home visit then Cheree is happy to see you at home.

 

Standard home visit fees are $228 for a 50min session - with Medicare returning $160.35 (resulting in a $67.65 out of pocket gap if you have a referral/MHCP).

 

If you require a home visit, please call to discuss this and to organise a suitable time.

Cancellation Fees

Cancellations after 6pm on the evening prior to your appointment time will attract fee equivalent to the full price of your session. If you are unable to keep your appointment, please let me know before 6pm the day prior.

 

'No Shows' (not attending without cancelling) - will be charged for the full price of their session (no Medicare rebate is available for this charge), this fee is payable before rebooking another appointment.

Appointment Reminder Service

As a courtesy, we send a reminder email 2 days prior to your appointment and a SMS reminder the day before your appointment (or a phone call if you only have a landline). Please note this service is a courtesy only, and you are responsible for remembering your appointment date/time.

 

If for privacy reasons you would prefer to not receive an email, text message or call reminder, please let the receptionist know at the time you make the booking.
